“ I enjoy indulging in mini shopping trips here from time to time. I usually shop for accessories to take as souvenirs for friends and family, and they absolutely love them! The place is cozy and inviting, with a garden beautifully surrounded by greenery. Despite being located by the main road, the ambience will distract you from all the hustle and bustle. Their menu is concise and easy to understand. Today, I stopped for tea, and found “Turmeric and Ginger Tea” quite interesting. I was able to request it with no sweetness and it was definitely an experience. I recommend this place for shopping and dining. It makes me happy that this establishment is women owned! I would love to try more dishes during my next visit. ”

“ Lovely calm spot near Patan, we enjoyed a light lunch of tasty momo which were great, the garden space is a beautiful and secluded green space (no traffic noise despite being close to the road). The attached shop sells beautiful crafts and gifts - well worth looking. Would definitely return here if looking sorry somewhere in the area for lunch. Note there isn'tuxh parking nearby so go by taxi or walk to avoid the stress! ”

“ Lovely shop...beautiful atmosphere, handcrafted products, and socially conscious. I bought cloth napkins. There are three sizes to choose from: small, medium and large. I bought medium cloth napkins which measure 45x45 cm and are made of 100% cotton. There were several patterns. I paid 495 NPR for each. I also bought a hand woven dish towel/kitchen hand towel. It measures 70x54 cm and cost 1,450 NPR. I'm delighted to have found high quality table linens that are made in Nepal and support local, woman-owned enterprises. ”

“ The cafe is good. It has pretty, calm ambience with huge garden sitting areas. It is quieter most of the times. The food is also good. The veg momo is the highlight and the lasagna also tasted fine. However, the service is bit slow and the staff are not very responsive or attentive. Also, a huge downside is that they add 13% VAT to the price mentioned in the menu. So, it could be quite unreasonable. ”

“ The place is nice, quiet and cozy. even though it's right next to a busy street, the cafe is quiet. Perfect to chill, work, read or hangout with friends. We ordered Nachos, and Lasagna , which were good and delicious but lacked in portion. We also ordered spicy chicken wings but looked like chicken drumsticks. They tasted good so wouldn't complain but did feel like food portion sizes were disproportionate according to the prices. ”

“ Amazing Nepali vegetarian thali! Fresh ingredients, delicious. And such a beautiful, tucked away garden. It's really an oasis. Definitely my favorite place in the area so far. ”

“ Cafe Cheeno is located on the southern side of Patan Multiple Campus on the way to Bhat Bhateni supermarket, Krishnagalli. It has various hand crafted and hand stitched gifts that one can buy while entering the cafe. The earthen pots are beautifully crafted and has its price. If one wants to enjoy eatery then one can just step on the garden where the sitting is under the trees and beautiful garden. One can have peaceful meals ”
